Teamwork, to stimulate the spirit of struggle!
In April 2019, Cloudy Outdoor conducted a large-scale team cooperation training for its employees. In the training, we encourage employees to cooperate with each other to complete different tasks and communicate with strangers.
Leaders of various departments also conducted training with employees, which successfully improved the communication between employees and leaders, as well as the teamwork ability of the whole enterprise.
